About the Founder

Ryan Goodwin has more than 18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Management activities including extensive work in the life sciences industry. He most recently served as Exo Therapeutics Sr. Director of Human Resources after holding a variety of roles increasing in responsibility at a number of emerging biopharmaceutical companies. Ryan has helped lead many companies through periods of significant growth and through innovative and strategic planning initiatives.

Prior to working at Exo Therapeutics, Ryan held numerous other Talent Acquisition (TA) roles in the life science industry. He has been responsible for implementing Talent and Engagement processes & initiatives, Workforce Planning, Executive Recruiting, Business Partnership Development, Behavioral Interview Training, Succession Planning, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Employer Branding.

Ryan received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern Maine after serving in the United States Army on the East/West German Border and as a Reconnaissance Scout during the first Gulf War.
